Welcome to Mindful Moments Studio

A creative space specialising in women's health and offering a nurturing and peaceful setting to recharge while finding a sense of balance.

Our therapist is an accredited practitioner in mindfulness based cognitive therapy. We offer trauma informed care which acknowledges your life experiences in order to deliver effective wellness. Our extensive background in food and nutrition means you get a holistic health approach. We go above and beyond to support your emotional and physical healing. 


We have one client booked at a time for a complete wellness and self care experience. Our treatments allow women to shine their unique light. It's an opportunity to recharge the mind, body and soul.

Womens health and wellbeing is our strength. Our skilled relaxation massage therapist is also a knowledgeable nutritionist who is trained in energy work and mindfulness techniques.


Relax and unwind while our highly skilled massage therapist carefully uses her relaxation massage craft to deliver a personalised and holistic care approach for your treatment. 


Meditation techniques, mindfulness and guided breath work is gently incorporate into each session allowing you to immerse yourself in the experience and promote a sense of inner peace.

Even as little as 15 minutes will allow you a moment to restore your energy, feel calmer and more motivated. 


Everyone's mental health journey is unique. For some of us, depending on where we are in life and the status of our mental health, our version of trying our best might be as simple as getting through the day.

Getting enough Sunshine to boost the body's vitamin D supply. Hydrate with Water. Being in nature and fresh air. Eating healthy. Meditation, yoga, breathe deeply. Exercise, go for a walk or move your body. Listen to music. Read or learn something new. Laughter. Rest.

MINDFULNESS MENTORING SUPPORT SESSION

Increase your feelings of calm, manage stress and anxiety, improve your sleep patterns and learn the practice of meditation. Our 60 minute mindfulness support sessions are unique to you. 
Sessions are face to face at the peaceful Mindful moments studio or contact me to discuss online options.

VISION BOARD WORKSHOP

Vision boarding, can help you manifest your visions & dreams, all whilst being a fun, rewarding & memorable experience.

A creative process for making your dreams a reality with a clear vision of the life you want to lead. An inspiring space to create the best version of you. 

Journaling and vision boarding to express your inner vision and step into alignment with your purpose. 

Vision Boarding workshops can be held face-to-face in the Blaxland studio or virtually. We offer both individual private workshops or groups as well as gift vouchers. 

Come make a practical collage creation, to aid with setting new goals, hopes & dreams, as we move through 2024 and beyond.

Collage can be a quick & powerful process to get a clearer picture of what you hope to achieve. Whether it’s personal goals, career-related, or a combination of the two. Vision board creation is a hands-on & thoroughly engaging workshop.  

This class is perfect for all levels and abilities.

These sessions are suitable for those aged 14 and over.

What to bring
You don't need to bring anything with you but feel free to bring along anything you wish to incorporate within your vision board, especially if you have specific images in mind.

Session time: 60 minutes 

Refreshments: Enjoy Herbal tea and water provided during your session.

GIRLS PAMPER SESSIONS

Girls aged 8-12. 90 minutes. Ideal group size 2-4 girls. What's included: Pink sparkling drinks on arrival. Robe to wear over clothes for the session. Relaxing Mini facials followed by eye masks and meditation. Painting fingernails and toenails. Spa music, pretty fairy lights and oil diffuser to set the scene.  Special occasions or Parties.
